Access to the building is slightly ramped up to electric opening doors then two sets of internal double doors.

Two steps down to reception desk.

Reception

The flooring throughout reception is tiled.

There are two cash machines to the right of the reception area.
There is one settee in the reception area opposite the first floor stairs.

Ground Floor Bar

The ground floor bar is off Reception to the right of the stairs, lift and men’s toilet.
The bar counter is 1100mm high.  There is no drop down section at the bar.
Mixture of fixed seating and moveable chairs.
Plenty of space for manoeuvre.
Table service.
Moveable chip and pin machine.
The floor in front of the bar is tiled.
The area is well lit.

Ground Floor Male Toilets

Located between the lift and ground floor bar in the reception area.
There is no lower urinal.
One cubicle door width 680mm.
Access door 820mm wide.
No ambulant handrails in toilets or next to urinals.

Ground Floor Female Toilets

To the right of the reception area in the main gaming floor.
There are 3 cubicles with a door width of 700mm.
There are no ambulant handrails.
The area is well lit.
The floor is tiled.

Ground Floor Unisex Toilet

This is situated within the private gaming area through the double doors.
There is a single cubicle 790mm wide.
The area is well lit.
There are no ambulant handrails.

Ground Floor Accessible Toilet

This is situated within the private gaming area through the double doors.
The area is well lit.
The floor is tiled.
The toilet is right hand transfer and there is adequate space.

Gaming Floor

Large one level floor.
The area is well lit.
There are a variety of different chairs.
The floor is carpeted except in front of the bar area where it is tiled.
Portable chip and pin machine behind cash desk.
Suitable acoustics.
Bar on gaming floor has no lower counter area 1100mm high.

Private Gaming Room 1

Access is via sliding glass doors.
This is a small room with two tables.
The area is carpeted.
The area is well lit.
Chairs have no armrests.

Private Gaming Room 2

Accessed via the main gaming floor through double doors.
There is a variety of different types of seating.
The area is fully carpeted.
The area is well lit.
Adequate widths.

Cash Desk and Cash Machines

The cash desk is 1050mm high.
No Braille/language/induction loop.
Cash machines can be found to the right of the cashier’s counter and chip and pin machine by cash desk.

Restaurant

Via one flight of stairs or via the lift from reception.

There are handrails on both sides.
No nosings on steps as the steps are covered with carpet.
The area is well lit.
Entry is via one full and one half door which swing inwards to restaurant. Door width 1260mm.
Floor is level and mix of carpet and laminate.
There is a meet and greet station on right hand side as you enter, no drop-down counter 1040mm high.

There is a small raised Teppanyaki room to the left of the meet and greet area there are high chairs without armrests.
The floor is tiled.
There are 2 steps up with contrast nosings to the stairs and a handrail to the left.

Main floor of restaurant is level with a mixture of fixed and loose seating some with armrests. Widths are adequate.

The area is well lit.
There is a slightly raised area at one side.
There is one shallow step up with stair nosing and handrails both sides.

The raised section leads to the smoking area. There is one step with handrails to both sides.

First Floor Private Dining Room

Double doors lead off the meet and greet area. These doors measure 1100mm.

The seating is all the same height with no arm rests.
The floor is carpeted throughout.
The room is well lit and adequate for purpose.
Widths are adequate.

Smoking Area

Access to the smoking area is via the restaurant through three doors and up a total of four steps.
The first door measures 640mm and has no vision panel.
There is a set of three steps which have contrast nosings and a handrail which leads to a door 860mm wide opening into an internal smoking landing with seating.
There is one step up to the double doors to the external smoking terrace.  These doors are 1040mm wide

First Floor Male Toilets

There are three urinals and one cubicle.
Cubicle door width, 710mm.
There are no ambulant rails.
All urinals are the same height.
Access is via single door, 820mm wide.
The floor is tiled.
