Car Park and Drop Off
There is a large car park on level access to the front of the casino entrance on
Terminus Terrace.
There are no marked out disabled bays.
There is also additional parking to the rear of the building available to customers
should they require it.

Access at Entrance
Genting Club Terminus Terrace has 3 steps as its only access at the entrance,
however there are handrails available for customers with mobility impairments to
assist them to gain access.
There are no nosings to highlight the steps or tactile paving top and bottom.
There is a mobile ramp to gain access to the front of the building.
Staff at the casino are on hand to help any customers should they require it and can
access the casino via the rear fire exit doors or via the mobile ramp.
The door is manual.
There are pull handles.
The door opens in.
The effective clear width of the door is at a minimum of 800mm.
The threshold is level.
The pull handle is within reach of all users.

Rear access via the fire exit doors has a raised threshold.

Reception
On entering the Casino the reception desk is on your left hand side. Reception staff are on hand to help visitors and give them information or assistance where required.
There is no induction hearing loop.
Staff are multi lingual.
There is no information in larger print, braille or other languages.
There is a lower section of the reception desk.

Bar Area
The signs are at an appropriate height.
Symbols are used to supplement the text.
The signboard surface does minimise glare and reflection.
The floor surface is suitable for the passage of wheelchair users.

Lounge Area

The level of lighting is sufficient for the intended use.

Slot Machine Area

This area is located up 3 steps.
There are stair nosings and hand rails.
There is a portable ramp for use on these steps.

Main Gaming Area
The level of lighting is sufficient for the intended use.
The clear widths are adequate.

Cashier Counter
There is not a lowered counter section provided.
The height of the standard desk is 1120mm.

There is a Chip and Pin Machine available.
The chip and pin machine can be moved in order for a wheelchair user or seated
person to operate the system.
Wheelchair users can access and turn around in front of the cash machine.
The controls are within the recommended height specification.

Male Toilets
The doors are lightweight enough to open easily.
There is no low-level urinal provided in the male WC.
Please be aware a larger cubicle is not available for ambulant disabled people.
There are supports positioned either side of the urinals.
Note the door is only 750mm wide.
No accessible toilet is provided at this casino.
