Bus stops are available a short distance away on Queens Terrace and Dock Gate 4.  There is a taxi rank opposite the casino.

Car Park and Drop Off

There is a large car park on level access to the front of the casino entrance on Terminus Terrace.
There are no marked out disabled bays.
There is also additional parking to the rear of the building available to customers should they require it.

Access at Entrance

Genting Club Terminus Terrace has 3 steps as its only access at the entrance, however there are handrails available for customers with mobility impairments to assist them to gain access.
There are no nosings to highlight the steps or tactile paving top and bottom.
There is a mobile ramp to gain access to the front of the building.
Staff at the casino are on hand to help any customers should they require it.

Reception

On entering the casino the reception desk is on your left hand side. Reception staff are on hand to help visitors and give them information or assistance where required.

Facilities

Genting Club Terminus Terrace has male and female toilets located in the gaming
area for visitor use. Within the gaming area there is a cashier’s counter and gaming
tables. There is a restaurant and a lounge area for customers to use however,
visitors should be aware that this is located up some steps.

Access to all Areas

Genting Club Terminus Terrace is a large old building that has been converted into a
casino and as a result there are steps and stairs to gain access to the entrance and
throughout to get to various parts of the gaming areas and restaurants.
