There is a large car park available in front of the casino. There are three accessible spaces available immediately to the left of the casino entrance. The line markings are worn. It is possible to drop off less mobile customers immediately in front of the entrance. There is level step free access into the casino from the car park.

Main Entrance
The entrance to the casino is to the right side of the building as you approach. The Entrance has a set of double outward opening glazed doors which open to 1700mm. These lead into a small lobby, to the left is another set of glazed doors leading into the reception Area.
Surfaces on the approach to the entrance are suitable for wheelchair users. The threshold is level.
The doors open outwards.
The doors are glazed.
The doors are manual with pull handles within reach of all users.
Door pressure is kept to a minimum on manually operated doors fitted with self-closing devices.
The approach width is at a minimum of 1800mm.

Reception

There is no lowered counter section provided at the reception desk.
The height of the standard counter is 1050mm with open side that could aid a wheelchair user.

The clear widths are adequate.
The floor surface is suitable for the passage of wheelchair users.

Ground Floor Bar Servery
The standard height of the bar counter is 1000mm.

Ground Floor Gaming Area/Card Room
The majority of the gaming machines and tables are located on the ground floor which has level flooring throughout.

Cashiers Desk
The cashiers desk has a standard height of 1180mm.

There are no induction loops available.
There is a chip and pin machine available.
The chip and pin machine can be moved for a wheelchair user or seated person to operate the system.

The emergency assist cord is red against a yellow wall with visual contrast.

Ground Floor Male Toilets

The male toilets are located in an accessible position.
The entrance door width is 800mm.
The cubicle door width is 600mm.
A low-level urinal is not provided in the male toilets.
There are no hand rails in the male cubicles.
Flooring is mid-grey.

Ground Floor Female Toilets

The female toilets are located in an accessible position.
The entrance door width is 785mm.

Smoking Area
From the ground floor gaming area there is level access to an external smoking area, which is fenced in.
The door to the smoking area opens inwards.
There is a very small step to the outside, delineated with white paint.

Fire Exits

The main fire exit on the ground floor is located on the east side of the building and is accessed via level surfaces from the gaming floor.
There are double outward opening doors with a level threshold. 

Mezzanine Level

There is no public access to the Mezzanine Level.
