Main Entrance
The main entrance to the casino has double doors which open both ways.
There are large handles on both sides of the doors. There is a small step up from the street into the porch area. Once inside the reception, there is a step down onto the reception floor. This step has no hand rail. There is however a glass screen to prevent falling from the side for the step. The step has tactile nosing to denote a change in height and built-in LED downlighters to highlight the change. The lobby has good circulation and lighting. The casino has a large flag above the entrance with the name of the casino.

Reception
The reception is manned at all times during business hours. The counter is 1160mm high and has no drop-down section.
There is seating in the reception area, the chairs have arms and high backs.
The floor is not slip resistant.
The floor is suitable for the passage of wheelchairs.
There is no induction loop.

There is no literature in Braille.

There is an access door to the two toilets with a male/female plaque that has braille on it. Door width is 800mm.

Male Toilets
There is no accessible route to these toilets as they are only accessible via stairs.
There is no lower urinal.
Please note there is not a larger cubicle available for ambulant disabled people. Cubicle width is 800mm.
There are no handrails positioned either side of the urinal for support.

Female Toilets
Access through lightweight 800mm wide door.

First Floor

Restaurant
Access via both lifts and stairs.
Chairs have armrests and backs to them. All chairs are stable

Private Dining
There is a large central room available for private dining.
This are can be accessed via the lifts.
The floor is anti-slip and suitable for wheel chair passage.

Wheelchair users can access and turn around in front of the cash machine. The controls are within the recommended height.

Bar Area The Bar area is located on a mezzanine accessed by one flight of steps. The steps have handrails on both sides but no nosings. The bar has no drop-down section No literature is available in braille, alternative languages or large print. An induction loop is not available. Table service is available. There is seating available in the bar area. All seating is stable.

Toilets The Toilets are accessed via another set of stairs from the mezzanine bar area.

Male Toilets There is no accessible route to this area due to it being accessed by stairs. The doors are lightweight enough to open easily. There are no low-level urinals available. Please be aware a larger cubicle is not available for ambulant disabled people. There are no handrails available either side of the urinals.

Female Toilets There is no accessible route to this area due to it being accessed by stairs. Please be aware a larger cubicle is not available for ambulant disabled people. Please note that the toilets on the first floor can only be accessed by two flights of stairs.

Smoking Terrace and Outside Gaming Single door opening outwards onto small decked area with canopy. Door width 800mm. Access to terraced area is next to the lift. There is a slight ramp down onto the terrace. This area has sufficient lighting for the intended use. The acoustic environment is suitable for the intended use. The clear widths are adequate. The floor surface is slip resistant and suitable for the passage of wheelchairs.

Second Floor Gaming Suite
This area has sufficient lighting for the intended use.
The acoustic environment is suitable for the intended use.

Male Toilet

There are no grab rails by the urinals.

There is a small smoking terrace accessed via three steps. Through a door 710mm wide.

Third Floor Penthouse Gaming
Access to this area is restricted. Although the smaller of the two lifts accesses this floor, there is only a width of 700mm inside. The larger lift ends a flight of stairs short of the penthouse suite.
The stairs are narrow with a tight twist. There is an adequate handrail and nosings which effectively highlight the steps.
This area has sufficient lighting for the intended use.
The acoustic environment is suitable for the intended use.
The clear widths are adequate.

There is a mixed toilet in the penthouse suite. Please be aware that this is not suitable for ambulant disabled people.
There is also a shower room which is not suitable for ambulant disabled people.
