Car Park and Drop Off

There is On-Street Parking available within close proximity of the casino. This is a pay and display car park which visitors can use for a maximum of 2 hours. There is also an underground car park located on Regent Square. Visitors are advised to check tariffs on arrival.

Access at Entrance

The Casino Entrance has one step leading to the Entrance Lobby. The approach is level and well lit. There is no ramp available for wheelchair users.  There is a second entrance door to the left of the main entrance this has a raised threshold and a step with no stair nosing highlighting the step.

Reception

It is noted that there is a set of steps as you enter the reception area.There are handrails both sides of the steps.Both steps have white nosings highlighting the steps.

Facilities

There are male and female toilets located in the Basement Gaming area.  There is no accessible route to this area due to step access only.

Access to all Areas

The building is not a purpose-built casino so there is step access only once inside the card and gaming rooms. There is good circulation and the staff and management are always helpful to their clients.
